Alexa for Business
       - Alexa for business makes it easy for you to use Alexa in your organization.  It gives you the tools you need to manage Alexa devices, enroll your users, and assign skills at scale.  You can build youe own context-aware voice skills using Alexa Skills Kit, and the Alexa for Business APIs, and you can make therse available as provate skills for your organization.  Alexa for Business also makes it easy to voice-enable your products and services, providing contect-aware voice experiences for your customers.

Amazon Chime
      
- Amazon Chime is a secure, real-time, unified communications service that transforms meetings by making them more efficient and easier to conduct.  The service delivers high-quality audio and video through an application that is easy to use and stays in sync across all of your devices.  With Amazon Chime, meetings start on time, and a visual roster makes them easy to manage.  Amazon Chime is a fully managed service that runs securely on the AWS cloud, which frees IT from deploying and managing complex infrastructures. 

WorkMail
       - Amazon Workmail is a secure, managed business email and calendaring service with support for existing desktop and mobile email clients.  You can access your email, contacts, and calendars using Microsoft Outlook, your browser, or their native iOS and Android email applications.  You can integrate Amazon Workmail with your existing corporate directory and control both the keys that encrypt your data and the location in which your data is stored.

IoT Core        - AWS IoT provides secure, bi-directional communication between Internet-connected devices such as sensors, actuators, embedded micro-controllers, or smart appliances and the AWS Cloud. This enables you to collect telemetry data from multiple devices, and store and analyze the data. You can also create applications that enable your users to control these devices from their phones or tablets. How to create an AWS free-tier account

Creating an AWS account isn't all that difficult.  This should be your 2nd step in your AWS journey.  The first being a clear familiarization of the various AWS services and their functions.  If you are not at all familiar with any of them, I would suggest you check out my previous posts which briefly discusses the various core services available in AWS then come back here to create your AWS account.
